An Attorney Who Believes in Empowering People to Find Their Own Solutions
John Laubach has spent four decades as a practitioner of family law, representing clients in complex divorce, custody, parenting time, and property matters. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona. In Michigan, he is certified as a Domestic Mediator and a Civil Mediator by the Michigan State Court Administrative Office of the Michigan Supreme Court, and has worked Michigan cases on a pro hac vice basis—admitted to practice there temporarily, case by case.
A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, John holds the 48-hour Domestic Mediator and 40-hour Civil Mediator certifications required by the Michigan SCAO. His approach combines deep legal knowledge with a genuine commitment to helping people resolve disputes with dignity.
John's philosophy is simple: the best agreements are the ones you create yourselves. Mediation puts the power back in your hands.
